Description

The Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise OmniAccess® Stellar AP1540 Series is a high-range, ultra-high-performance Wi-Fi 7 access point series designed for high-density enterprise environments where reliability, security, and scalability are essential. With a powerful five-radio architecture, high aggregate throughput, and flexible dual 10 Gigabit Ethernet connectivity, the AP1540 Series delivers predictable low-latency connectivity, scalability, and reliable network performance for high-density users, immersive applications, and smart building environments.

The AP1540 Series includes two models: the AP1541 with integrated omnidirectional antennas for standard enterprise deployments such as lecture halls, large classrooms, conference rooms, and hotel common areas; and the AP1542 with eight external antenna connectors for environments requiring specific or directional wireless coverage, such as high ceilings in arenas, long corridors, and warehouses.

Both models feature a five-radio architecture with 4x4:4 radios across the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands, a dedicated full-band scanning radio, and an integrated Bluetooth/Zigbee radio. With a maximum aggregate data rate of up to 18.67 Gbps and dual 10GE connectivity, the AP1540 Series is designed to support high-density, high-capacity enterprise wireless networks.
