Description

The Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise OmniSwitch 6575 family consists of rugged, fanless, fully managed Gigabit Ethernet switches designed for harsh and mission-critical industrial environments. Its compact industrial design supports DIN rail installation and 19-inch rack-mount options and is built to withstand extreme temperatures, high EMI/EMC interference, and demanding outdoor deployment conditions. It is suitable for smart transportation, railways, utilities, smart cities, and industrial automation environments.

OmniSwitch 6575 supports up to 90W PoE, flexible power input options, and high surge protection to support high-power devices such as PTZ cameras, LED lighting, and industrial controllers. Zero-Touch Provisioning and network automation capabilities help accelerate deployment and reduce network operational overhead.

For real-time and precision timing applications, OmniSwitch 6575 supports IEEE 1588v2 PTP, G.8275.1/.2, SyncE*, and MACsec-256 encryption, providing nanosecond-level synchronization and secure end-to-end communications to meet the requirements of modern industrial and critical infrastructure networks.
